Ecuadorian Trip of a Lifetime
For their honeymoon, Kalle and Cory are going on a trip of a lifetime to the cental highlands (Andes mountains), Amazon rain forest, and southern beach of Ecuador in South America.

They will depart NYC for Ecuador on Tuesday, June 6, staying that night in the arrival city of Quito, and return from Ecuador to NYC on Tuesday, June 27.  Their itinerary can be reviewed below.

Ecuadorian Itinerary:
Central Highlands (Andes Region)
Black Sheep Inn

They will be based here for 4 days.  Their activities will include hiking, horseback riding, and swimming.  They then will return to Quito for one day.

Amazon Rain Forest
Kapawi Lodge

They will use this lodge as their home base for 7 days.  Their activities will include wildlife and bird watching tours of the rain forest.  They then will return to Quito for two days.

Southern Beach

They will be based here for 4 days, and will stay in "Cabana del Arbol" - the honeymoon suite.  Their activities will include excursions to La Isla de La Plata (the "poor man's Galapagos"), and to the CantaLaPiedra wildlife sanctuary.  They then will return to Quito for two days.

Side Trips
In addition to their reserved stays at lodges and resorts, they have kept six days free (nominally in Quito) for spontaneous trips and exploration based on what they learn on-site about all that Ecuador has to offer.  These will include trips to artisan and Indian markets in Quito and its surrounds.
